Return & Refund Policy
Product Returns & Refunds
Change your mind about your purchase? Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be in a position to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. We do not pay for shipping of items returned due to customer change of mind. Once you have sent back your purchased product and we (Apartment 201) have received it in it's original condition we will fully reimburse you within 2 working days.

Any items not received within 12 weeks after shipment qualify for our full refund or reship guarantee.
Exchanges and Defective Products
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your detailed photos of the defective or damaged product. We will ship out a new product at our expense.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds are internally processed within two working days after receipt of the returned product. If you haven’t received your refund, firstly check your bank account.
Secondly, please contact your credit card company, it may take up to one week until the funds are re-credited into your account.
Lastly, please contact your bank. As mentioned above there is often a processing period of several business days before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
