As a business do you offer free shipping worldwide?

In consideration of our shoppers we only offer free shipping. We value your time and business thus we are dedicated to covering all shipping costs.

Where do you ship your products from?

For the most part our shipments are effected from our warehouses in China, India or Mexico. However we also on case by case basis depending on the finished product complete deliveries through our partner companies in the United States or Europe.

How soon will my product arrive?

Due to high demand of our products we make every effort to offer timely deliveries. We process and ship out orders within 2 to 4 business days after receipt of payment. Once shipped, orders originating from North America, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand generally arrive within 10 to 15 business days while shipments within Asia are slated to arrive within 5 to 10 business days. For other regions depending on your location all orders will arrive within approximately 10 to 30 business days after receipt of payment.

If on the odd chance your order is delayed please immediately contact us so that we can have a dedicated sales executive follow up on your order. Please understand that we work with a multitude of end suppliers so if your purchase consisted of several different products please do not be surprised if one item arrives before the other.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Once your order has been placed and is processed we will email you a tracking number so that you may continue to track your shipment.
